I would like to be able to get a notification when an under_names is created for a specific root name. The use-case being I am say Arlink or Metalinks or any other app creating undernames for users that I get notified when this happens.

Subscribe to changes for changes on ANT records. Example: permaweb-deploy updates the tx id of the record, send an email to the any addresses subscribed to this alert, informing them of the update

I would like to receive an alert when my name is about to expire. It could happen over a series of notifications. 30 days out 14 days out 7 days out 24 hours out I would even pay a small tip for such a service!
